May 2015 Swap – Pocket Quilts

It all started at the retreat when I made this teeny tiny quilt which measures 3in x 4in. I thought, “Hey! That is so teeny tiny it could fit in your pocket.” to which Candi said, “We should make that a swap!” (or something like that, everyone knows I was lacking valuable sleep…lol)

The rules….

1 – No larger than 4in x 4in finished

2 – It must be modern inspired (search google or pinterest for “modern blocks” for inspiration if needed)

3 – bright, bold, high contrast, etc

4 – You can make up to 2

5 – Please include your name and the date on the back

below are some examples of ones I made and showed at the April meeting (the flying geese is an inch too large but the pattern can be printed smaller)…
